Despite Facebook boycotts, 81% of survey respondents were advertising in the platform last month

We’ve been tracking COVID-19’s impact on the paid media industry with our Paid Media Pulse dashboard, a report which shares survey data from marketers across the globe every month. The dashboard gives you insights on where paid media dollars are being invested and what predictions look like for the next month.

We just updated the dashboard with the newest data!

Here are some quick stats from it:

  • 21% of participants indicated that their paid media spend was more than planned in June
  • 81% of survey respondents were advertising in Facebook last month, despite any boycotts
  • 79% predicted they would spend more than $10k on paid media in July

If you are interested in submitting for the current survey and participating in future surveys, you can take that here.
