
As I reported at Search Engine Land yesterday, Google is testing a clipboard or notepad icon in the search autocomplete drop down suggestions. I am not sure what it does exactly, Google wouldn’t tell us, but it is different from the trending icons shown in this dropdown from before.
Here is a screen shot from Alex Cassidy @alexcass91 showing the clipboard/notepad icons:

Again, I wish I knew what these icons did. Maybe clicking them will add the recipe ingredients to your shopping list, mail them to your house and send a chef with the food prepared? Who knows. 
Google would not comment about this outside of saying it is one of their many tests.
