Google can show a featured snippet from multiple sources, we covered this before, but here is a slightly new look at how Google may show it. You can see for car reviews, Google will pick up snippets from three different sites with some useful information.
I do not believe this is new, but I can replicate this right now, if you search for [audi a3 review] you can see it too. This came from Berian Reed on Twitter.

You can see how Google is pulling snippets from each site to construct a short snippet at the top.
Again, I think I’ve seen this before but this is a good illustration of it in action.
