Google seems to be testing a new look for the sitelinks that expand, something Google has been doing for a few years now. But with the new tappable carousel sitelinks, I guess Google needs to try a new format.
Tom Whiley posted on Twitter a screen shot of the new sitelinks format for these expandable card carousel sitelinks.
You can expand the “mens” box and see internal sitelinks within that section.
