It looks like the Google My Business insights, the analytics they provide to local businesses on how well their local listings are doing, is delayed for some reports. Specifically the insights on photos including the photos views and photo quantity data seems to have got stuck on August 16th and have not updated since.
Here are some graphs showing the data stopping on the 16th of August for those two reports:
