I am not sure if you remember, but back in May Danny Sullivan shared screen shots from a Google Ranking Fair where he shared SEO and webmaster concerns. One of those concerns was “Webmasters want more control over sitelinks, titles, snippets, mixing images and text in featured snippets, rich snippets, knowledge panels, opt out of featured snippets and more.” Well, now we got it – Google announced we can control our snippets in more ways than just not showing them. - Google: Only Thing That Changes With Server Migrations Is GoogleBot’s Crawl Rate
John Mueller from Google released another #AskGoogleWebmasters video where he said the only real thing that changes, temporarily, when you move a site from one server to another server, is how fast GoogleBot crawls that content. Google will throttle back, in order to test to see how fast it can crawl your site without impacting your server in a negative way. - Google: Emailing Google For SEO Support Never Works
Gary Illyes from Google said last night on Twitter that emailing Google for support with your SEO and your ranking problems in Google never really works. Google’s John Mueller hinted a couple years ago that Google may decide to translate knowledge panels and/or featured snippets in other languages when applicable.
